34th M's COLLECTION MINI Touring
M's Touring is in its 34th year. This is the first time in its long history that it will be held in December. Although there was a cloudless blue sky throughout the day, the temperature on this day was a maximum of 8°C and a minimum of 1°C. The participants were dressed in warm clothes.
8:32The MINI procession, which departed from the business supermarket Naka store, headed north on National Route 349, which offers a panoramic view of the winter scenery, and headed for Hitachiota City. After the two straight lanes were reduced to one lane, it changed to a touring-like road with many ups and downs and curves. I ran along the mountains of Satomi with handling and accelerator work, and arrived at my destination, "Satomi Fureaikan".
It's still in the morning, and this time M's Touring will make lunch by themselves. Experience making soba noodles while listening to the teacher's teachings. Participants struggled for the first time, such as the noodles becoming mushy due to a slight difference in water content, or the noodles not becoming chewy if the dough was not kneaded thoroughly. It seems that I was able to spend a precious time. The size of the boiled noodles was uneven, but it was nice to have a handmade feel.
The people who participated in M's Touring made pizza. Together with the teacher and mom and dad, we knead the dough, cut the vegetables, and serve it on top of the thinly stretched pizza dough. This is how I made the pizza I usually eat casually. Once the presentation is complete, it's time to bake the dough. The pizza made by the little kids was completed in just about 2 minutes using a full-fledged pizza oven. The participants who finished making soba noodles were also very excited about this. The cheers erupted as soon as the pizza was brought to me, which made me feel somewhat fresh.
After eating soba noodles and pizza, the participants were satisfied and departed from Satomi Fureaikan and headed south on National Route 349. From Hitachiota City, proceed to Mito City via the route that enters the country roads of Naka City. In Mito City in the evening, there were many car streets, and you must have been caught in a traffic jam. The appearance of the MINI in a row must have looked shining to other drivers.
The MINI procession through the traffic jam entered National Route 50 and arrived at the last destination, "Mira Dining Cafe". Here we held an award ceremony and a Christmas party. A hot drink will permeate your tired body from touring. The way everyone waved to the camera when they entered the venue is firmly captured on the touring DVD.
After the party, the participants went to the parking lot. We held a gift exchange meeting with 90 participants and all the staff. It's nostalgic, and I keep giving gifts to the person next to me until the music stops. Some people have smaller, bigger, lighter, and heavier gifts that come to them. What kind of gifts did you receive?
